Great tasting fish
I eat a can of fish every day. I have tried many brands and many types of fish. I usually like the tinned mackerel the best but these are very good. These are packed in water so they are not oily. (which doesn't bother me as i just drain them) these are mild and are not too salty. Tinned fish come in many different flavors and most as far as spices are pretty good but don't waste your money on specialty flavors.. just drain them and add the sauces you enjoy.. my favorites are lemon juice and pepper or sweet chili.. they are very versatile and adapt to any sauce you use.. Throw them on a cracker and eat for a great inexpensive lunch.. most cans are under $5 per whereas the hamburger I purchased yesterday was $8.. you do the math. LOL

Wild Planet fish (so far) is the ONLY canned seafood retailer I will buy.
Wild Planet is an excellent brand overall. You'll get 3 or 4 large sardines out of each can, depending on the weight of the fish (naturally). The fish is fresh tasting, no suspicious smells that knock your head back, even the appearance is very appealing. The water is clean when you drain the can and it is indeed salt-free and delicious.

Loved by humans and their service dogs!
125 pound service dog loves these with his meals. Doesn’t understand these sardines are making his skin and coat extra soft, but knows he can’t live without them. Service dog highly recommends!

Made in Thailand
Amazon's description states, "Country of origin: USA." However, the package says, "Processed in Thailand." While both could be true, the product description on Amazon is misleading at best. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm giving it five stars in advance, hoping they will update the description.

Great value for the sardine lover in your life!
My teenager loves sardines and has them for lunch on top of rice all of the time. Buying them in bulk saved me over a dollar a tin compared to getting them at my local store. He loves having the pantry stocked and I love that he has a go-to lunch he can make himself

Not what I expected
Reviews stated how good these are compared to other brands, but it’s a perception I do not agree with. I was brought up eating Beach Cliff tinned sardines thanks to my grandfather who would often bring them home in his lunchbox along with saltine crackers, to share with me. I grew up loving the fishy little treats. As an adult I forgot about them until I was in my mid 50s when I began to crave them. I’ve purchased several varieties since then. Packed in oil or water, with and without skins and bones.Amazon reviews prompted me to order these so I did. I’m realizing Amazon reviews are not a reliable resource as lately I’ve been disappointed. These are one of those. The tins are smaller than average. Inside are 3 sardines and a lot of oil. I found the flavor to be more of the oil not the fish. They are firm, with skin but appear boneless. The flavor is not what I expected, way too oily and smelly but not tasty. It proves to me price is not an indicator of quality. Disappointing.
