Kid loves it
My youngest son wanted this for one of his games and he loves it. Works well and is easy to set up

Great hardware, horrible software
The hardware itself feels solid with nice build quality, but the app used to control it is atrocious. The Bluetooth connection to my phone dies so frequently that it renders the whole thing essentially useless. The app also requires far more permissions than it needs (location, mic, camera???).Mouse sensitivity, even when set to the max, is far too low. Playing Zelda Breath of the Wild on Switch is pretty much impossible because of how long it takes to turn.I would recommend looking at a different product.

Great Support. Not so great product!
Product isn't that impressive support was tho. Buy at your own risk.

Really nice, about the best keyboard adapter you can get for consoles
Positives:App is well made (has spelling errors, but it's legible)Lots of configuration availableWorks with my keyboard and mouse perfectlyTested with Xbox One, works wellManual is well writtenComes will all the cables you could possiblty need (Micro USB and USB C)RGB Lighting on it isn't overdone and is easy on the eyesDecent length cableNegatives:The app did sometimes reset some configuration settings while adjusting thingsThis worked great on my Xbox One. The app has a lot of settings, including mouse sensitivity, button configuration, and a sensitivity curve. You can also adjust the RGB lighting. The unit gets a bit warm, but it's not a problem. Highly recommended if you're looking to use keyboard/mouse on your console!Note: Be aware that for all consoles but the Switch, you need to have an official corresponding controller plugged into it so it can actually work. If you don't have one, don't buy this.

It's okay
The Good:• Very easy to follow instructions.• Set up is seamless.• The app for modifying controls is very easy to navigate.• Nice that it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Bad:• The cord from the back is affixed to the back, and that cord is extremely short. That means you’re already somewhat limited to how far away you can be from the console. Yes, you get some extra space from the mouse/keyboard… but I was still only ~8 feet from a 65” TV while I tested this. My couch is around 14 feet away… I also have a XIM, and it has a USB port in this spot where you can put in a much longer cord.• While the app is very accommodating to use, it doesn’t have the option to adjust the X and Y sensitivity of the mouse independently. When I got my side-to-side movement dialed in, I’d find that the up-and-down moved WAY too far and WAY too fast. I had to settle on a happy median on this, which made everything feel just “off” enough to feel like the controls weren’t responding properly.• I also disliked that when I wanted to change a binding in the app, it wouldn’t let me unless that button on my keyboard wasn’t in use already. This led to a bunch of needlessly mapping buttons to random, unused keys in order to free them up for the sole purpose of remapping them. It simply took way too much time for something that should have been a few clicks. Yeah, this keeps you from overwriting an important button, but… guess what? You’ll figure out that you don’t have a corresponding button mapped real quick.Final Verdict:I honestly couldn’t get into this since the movement all felt wrong. I’ve been playing PC games via mouse and keyboard for ages, and I never quite got the feeling that the Aimbox translated my input all that well. What it gave me was just an approximation, even with my attempts at fine-tuning it. The biggest issue was not being able to adjust the X and Y sensitivities separately. It led to so many motion sickness-inducing moments. With some updates to the app for some new options it might be better, but as for now, I’d maybe pass on this.

Love it!
The media could not be loaded. It just works right out of the box. I tested it on Horizon Zero Dawn (PS4) on my PS5. The buttons are already mapped to my preference for this game and did not need the app to configure them. The device looks pretty cool with the RGB lighting that can be cycled with a button press or by the VLead app. This product is amazing.
