I swear by these tablets i have pcos and my hair is thin and continues to fall out in clumps, have acne and it takes a long time for me to heal due to other illnesses. These tablets make my hair thicker and come in quickly it keeps my skin clear and tougher and i heal easier too. You take three tablets twice a day and they are big but its really really worth it. You can also get powder if you struggle with tablets. I ran out and took me a while to find a new supplier so i came to amazon so i was a few weeks without and the difference was scary on how my body changed back to its horrible ways, then once i had them back in my system it was amazing. I would def recommend these due to my experience.
