Cardiovascular Research Vitamin C-1000 Capsules, 120 Count

I have a lot of trouble with additives. I'm so thankful for this pure product and especially that it is corn free!! So easy on my stomach :)

I believe is May be the best vitaminC you can buy. When I was battling the flu I would take 7-8 of these (7,000-8,000 mg's) about every 5 hours and it is the only thing that kept me functional. I was able to work and perform at a fairly decent level. I have never been such a believer in vitamin C before, but I am now. But the thing that separates this product from other vitaminC that I paid $37.00 for, and a very recognizable brand in the health food circles is that even when I took 7,000 mg's, my stomach was completely unaffected. When I tried another popular famous brand, my at stomach was.....well let's just say it wasn't pretty. I do not advocate taking. As many as I did. I was desperate to function because I HAD to work, and the Ecological Formulas brand enabled me to work and even feel good!

I am allergic to corn and so very happy to find this product. In the spring I have to double up on my vitamin C and this is the one to use as corn is very unhealthy. Dr. Atkins says in his books not to eat it and avoid it as an additive.

This V-C is high quality probably one of the best ones on Amazon because it is not made from corn as most ascorbic acid are made from GMO corn.

I am allergic to corn and that is all most other vitamin c (ascorbic acid) is derived from. I like this product because of the minimal ingredients and being friendly to my system. I know that magnesium stearate is not necessarily the greatest addition (according to some limited reserach), but find one that doesn't have it and it will have other ingredients that may be worse or to which I'm allergic. I chose the lesser of 2 evils for ingredient discenment, and find these 3 are worth it.I take the vitamin C with my iron for anemia and am pleased with digestion and absorption and overall blood work at last check. I have no complaints regarding this product, if any arise I will post. As of right now, I will definitely purchase again!!! And recommend !

Non corn based vitamin c is the best form of Vit C. Have used on and off for years. This time, we started taking one pill a day for the past 4 months during the winter to stay healthy and ward off colds and viruses. Seems to be doing the trick!

Love this brand. Did not upset my stomach. Good source. Will buy again

The ingredients label was covered but upon removal I saw that this contains cancer causing titanium dioxide. I will not be buying again. Seller should be more transparent about the ingredients.
