Effective and long-lasting
I used this on a pair of waxed nubuck walking boots that were starting to lose their water resistance. I cleaned the boots and applied several coats of protector allowing each one to dry. I treated the boots early last autumn and have worn them about twice a week since, they have kept my feet warm and dry up until this week (4 months of a very wet winter). I've just cleaned and treated them again - this 50ml size will treat one pair of boots twice, with each treatment using several applications. This is a good product and although it isn't cheap, the larger sizes (125ml and 250ml) are much better value. More importantly it works and I like the fact that it isn't an aerosol so you can use every drop of it.

Very useful product, performs as claimed!
After hearing that another popular alternative (Crep Protect) has a tendency to stain the shoes you're spraying, I decided to opt for Liquiproof. I have found it to be a very handy product. After following the instructions and leaving the shoes to air dry for a day, the protection provided can be seen instantly by simply placing the shoes under a tap. You'll see the water droplets form into beads and effortlessly run off the shoes rather than soak into the material. For this reason, I'd say Liquiproof is most beneficial with textile upper shoes/trainers. However, as others have said the protective layer of Liquiproof does deteriorate over time and will need re-applying. This is particularly the case if you get the shoes dirty and need to wash them, the protective layer will typically wash away along with the dirt. Overall, I highly recommend the product.

New UGG Tasmans!
Purchased for use on my new ugg Tasmans, so much cheaper the uggs own brand & does the same job. Would easily do 3 pairs of shoes, I’ve done two pairs so far (one pair of Nike trainers) and there’s still lots left. Haven’t even needed to wipe my uggs down and I wear them for the school run. So the product gets a 10/10 from me!

Great waterproofing; slight discolouration of the suede
I followed the instructions explicitly on a pair of calf length fawn suede boots, that I'd cleaned a few days earlier. The 50ml bottle only just allowed me to spray the boots twice, with a 10 minute interval, as instructed. A very easy process. After waiting 24 hours I poured water on them - it really does run straight off, as shown in the video. However the suede has been darkened in a few places (mainly on raised / creased parts of the fabric) and so the boots now have a (very slightly, but noticeable) "grubby" look. It's also a very expensive product when I only got a single use out of it.I don't think I'd buy it again, but the waterproofing is undeniably good.

Lasts at least three pairs of vans.
Have to say this product I seen on you tube for re coating jacket.I have used this on 3 pairs of vans tow coats one bottle. It’s worked bette Than the crep brand and didn’t smell the house out even with door closed. Less toxic than than most others ones. If they get scuff quick ruling make gone. Going to get a few bottles to do the jackets for going home to New York as the weather is not always sunny. Also not easy to do this on holiday. Here goes will let u know.

Useless
Waste of time and money.Applied to suede shoes brand new out the box to avoid any water damage since all it does is rain in Soctland. And also to avoid any alcohol stains whilst out at the pub.Sat for about 30 minutes going through the application process with timers on my phone and everything. Even bought a suede brush.Left them for 24 hours. Returned and not only are they not water proof in the slightest since it soaks into the fabric instantly but it has also left a section of the suede discoloured. Will be ordering proper stuff from Clarks later on tonight to try and rectify the situation. It might as well have just been water in a white bottle they sold me as it has done nothing. Certainly hasn't Liquiproofed my shoes.Note to self. Buy the expensive chemical stuff direct from the manufacturer in future.

seems to work, but has to be reapplied quite regularly
easy to use and apply, but it does take a while to dry so bear that in mind. I have noticed that after a few weeks I need to reapply to keep my shoes safe from water, this is not something I have experienced with other brands of spray. usually you only have to apply every few months, but with this I am applying every 3 weeks. bottle is a little on the small side, think they could do a bigger size due to regular re-application.
