I take my time before writing reviews as you need to wait, when buying certain products, to see whether they work or not. I have so far tried three different types of this product and I can say, hand on heart, this is by far the best. From having a very hefty appetite, I find since I started taking this product my cravings have reduced, I feel energised and stronger and digestive system is has improve and working just fine and regular - without going into too much details. I am very happy with this buy.

I had not problem taking theses pills although I do think some people may struggle as they are on the large side. I had no side effects what so ever. Did I loses weight? Honestly I don't think. I found taking them and not taking them made no difference at all.

I like this product. I take one in the morning and one before evening meal. With other CLA products you take a smaller dose each time you eat or staggered through day which can be annoying. Taking 2 doses at a convenient time is far better For me. That's enough talking about myself... This is a good quality product. As for the effects of CLA do your research. This is a dietary supplement not a wonder pill or pass to eat more fat.

I carefully read all the reviews before buying this product which seemed to be the best of all the CLA products. Well about a month later, I am very happy with the capsules. My mood has improved to such an extent that I have reduced the Prozac dose by 1, so that's one tablet down. I also managed to cut down on pain relief from 14 various tablets to 12! It may not seem much but given the cold, damp weather it's brilliant. So far, I haven't weighed myself however, for the first time in years I now have the energy and will to exercise. OK that might not seem much, BUT given I can't walk without support and still have to use a seated exercise program, I think that is equally impressive. Perhaps if you have large tonsils, the capsules may be an issue. They are soft and smooth, but perhaps if you have doubts then ask the seller for their size. I will certainly be buying again.

I am now half way through my second tub of this excellent product. This product is definitely the reason why I have lost a lot of fat around my mid-section. As you know tummy fat is difficult to get rid off. And even though I stuck to my diet and workouts religiously I did not see any major improvement to my stomach. Since taking these tablets over a period of time I am getting closer and closer to the flat stomach I have dreamed about. Well done Iron Ore. Your tablet are the real deal. After taking these for 3 weeks and although I did notice good weight loss, I suffered incredible back ache, fatigue and dizzy spells. As soon as I stopped taking these pills I could feel my body repair, no more backache and my energy levels went back to normal. I felt like different person taking these pills and not for the right reasons.

I shall be honest. I started taking this product to enhance my diet after Christmas. At the same time as taking these I stopped alcohol and moved to a calorie controlled diet as well as going to the gym as I have always done. However, in three weeks I have lost exactly half a stone. Week one = 3 pounds Week two = 2.5 pounds Week three = 1.5 pounds So, how much is related to this product I can't say, but I do have to state that on week one I felt weak at the gym, on week two I felt better, and by week three I felt as energetic and strong as ever. Update- 4 weeks in. My wife, friends and colleagues are commenting on the difference in my weight and tone. Five weeks in and have lost 9 lb One issue is a lot of excess wind though. I shall continue with this supplement at this price.

hoped these would help with weight loss - they did for a while - but then they reacted with my stomach somehow and i was really ill with stomach cramps and sickness. some people might be sensitive to their ingrediants. also gave a bit too much energy - had trouble sleeping

Suite aux commentaires j’ai acheté et réacheté ce produit que je trouve très efficace pour perdre du poids. Je prends 4 grammes par jour, le double de la posologie indiquée sur la boîte et je fais un peu de sport (1h d’aquagym et 1h de Fitness par semaine). J’ai commencé à voir les résultats après 3-4 semaines, ce qui m’a incité à continuer, j’ai 50 ans et les kilos sont beaucoup plus difficiles à perdre. Après 5-6 semaines j’avais réussi à perdre 3-4 kilos et j’ai réussi à stabiliser mon poids depuis 6 mois que je prends du cla. Hallo, habe schon mehrere Cla-Produckte probiert, bin aber meistens bitter enttäuscht worden! Entweder war keine Wirkung zu erkennen oder man hat von vornherein gleich eine Handvoll nehmen müssen.
