Just what I expected

A great travel cup
Just the right size. Silicone bad much more robust than the cork but is a cheaper option! Does get very hot but nice to drink from the glass cup rather than through a plastic top. Lid is OK but could be improved on

Perfect reusable cup
The media could not be loaded. I purchased two KeepCups in April 2021 one for me and one for my OH. I use my cup almost every day, mostly indoors and haven't had any issues with it at all. I haven't turned it upside down so not sure if it's leakproof but it doesn't leak while I'm drinking from it. I don't get a plastic smell or taste from the cup - my teas & coffees taste just as they should each time. The cup does get hot but I can comfortably hold the silicone band while drinking. I handwash the cups and treat them as I would any other glass product. My OH uses his less often but mostly outdoors and he hasn't experienced any issues either. He can also comfortably hold the silicone band while drinking. The only con is the cups don't fit comfortably into the cup holder in my car (Fiat 500) which isn't really an issue for me as I don't use them much in the car. I would recommend this product.

So good, had to buy two
We got the small and big version. I'd recommend the glass version. It really does improve the taste of hot drinks drink from glass. Great quality has lasted ages and timeless design.

RUBBISH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Nothing about this cup is worth the money. The worst part of it is that if you drink black coffee you will burn your fingers. You will not be able to hold the cup from the heat. The band is useless. Terrible design.I contacted KeepCup about this. See ther response.========Thanks for your message and I’m sorry to hear your KeepCup is too hot to hold.We did extensive testing with people holding the silicone band, and the overwhelming majority were comfortable holding a boiling beverage with the silicone band. We recommend that you keep the plug open to remove pressure build up and allow air to escape.One of the reasons your KeepCup might be getting hot is if water is trapped under the band on your KeepCup, as this can cause heat to transfer more easily to your hand. We’d recommend checking that the area below the band is dry before making your drink.==========
