Is there a difference between the different medium size cups, I see some have Espresso at the end, other Press, what is that referring to?

Hi, it refers to colours on the lid and the plug that closes up the drinking hole. This listing show 'Press' the lid is dark and the plug is light. Espresso is a product where both the lid and the plug are dark.

What is the height without the lid on?-would like to know if will fit under my espresso machine.

Can you buy replacement glass?

Yes, KeepCup sell all the replacement components on their website in the section 'replacement parts'. They don't seem to be available to buy from Amazon.
