Wanted it to make a morning lemony drink but it had very little lemon taste and found out it wasn’t good for hypothyroidism

I think I expected this tea to have more of a lemon flavor than it did. I really didn’t taste any at all. It tastes like alfalfa tea to me. Admittedly, I was probably basing my expectation on the name of the tea,, Lemon Balm. I’m sure it has all the wonderful stress relieving, relaxation and health benefits attributed to lemon balm, but I just don’t love the taste. I’d like to drink it before bed to help me sleep, but then I’d be getting up all night to use the bathroom, so that kind of defeats the purpose for me. The quality and freshness were definitely there, and the bags were well packaged.

I love love this yea. I always drink it before bed and it has improved my sleep so much. There are times I get sleepy before finishing my cup.
