Good stuff, but use wisely.
This is brilliant stuff, and clears a badly blocked nose in less than a minute. Make sleeping much easier when you have a blocked nose.Ensure that it is no used for longer or more excessively than advised in the intructions, as this can cause rebound congestion and a dependence.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I’ll make an exception for this product. Does what it says on the tin. Clears a congested nose in minutes. Excellent product. Will definitely buy again if needed

Older versions were much better.
They have changed the pumping system, now the pump is weak, doesn't reach to the sinuses.

Good for clearing the nose after surgery.
Easy to use, and does help to clear the nose after surgery. Not strong, not unpleasant taste. Good value.

Absolutely Brilliant
I always seem to get a blocked nose at bedtime & struggle breathing through my mouth for some reason. This has been an absolute game changer. I can finally breath & sleep peacefully without waking up. It works in around 30 - 40 seconds and lasts ( for me ) around 12 hours or so.This will always be something I purchase & highly recommend.

This just about does the job but it's not as effective as the competition and it's too expensive
I thought I'd try this after the price of the one I normally use keeps going up and up. This was okay and managed to do the job of clearing my blocked up nose, but it took more sprays than they recomend to do it. The one I use regularly is far more effective than this but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name in this review, but it is produced by a well known household brand.I got this because it appeared to be cheaper than my current one, but when I got it I only realised than that it was only a 10ml bottle, whereas my other one is 15ml. So if they were to price this for the same quantity, then it works out more expensive.

Very good spray
This octravin sinusitis spray works very well for me. The only negative point is the newly designed type of spray mechanism isn't as good as the last / old type and also there's no way of seeing how much is left in the bottle which is a problem that is extremely easy to sort - make a line of clear plastic to see the fluid in the bottle.
