Effective and simple to use
i originally received a free sample of the power tape in a goodie bag after the Rauceby Ripper race and since then I have purchased additional packs. I think they are great and as far as I can tell, they work! I used them to help recover from a calf injury and while it may be psychological, I feel like they helped me. I felt better with these on. Very simple to apply and they will stay in place for a few days. No need to remove them in the shower or anything like that.

disappointed with Phiten
My husband tried Phiten for his painful shoulders and upper back, unfortunately he did not feel any benefit from using the product.
