Excellent quality baking tray. My cookies do not spread at all now!

I bought these to replace my cheap baking trays that were worn, chipped and twisted. Wow! what a fabulous difference these trays make. These trays are a really good quality with a heavier weight and superior coating on them. They get very hot and maintain the heat evenly across the tray. I have so far used them for oven chips, scampi and also chicken. There has been no sticking at all. They are so easy to clean with using a sponge/soft cloth.

These are great trays for chips, hash browns or almost anything you need to cook on a tray in the oven. I wash them by hand so don't know if they can go in the dishwasher but I wouldn't want to try anyway. My esteemed bakeware is always lovingly hand washed and I have many MasterClass items, all of which are used regularly and all of them are good quality and work and wash well. Definitely recommend.

I bought 2 for a specific use. We often use a recipe that requires the use of puff pastry. The results of cooking the puff pastry on normal baking trays was pretty hit & miss. From the 1st use of these trays the pastry cooked evenly. I wouldn't want to be without them now. They make a good job of oven chips too. OK yes, sometimes in a hot oven you can hear them buckling, but they don't appear overly damaged by it & it's no detriment to their ability to cook/heat things more evenly than a normal baking tray. I think they're a bargain - & very easy to clean.

I use it to roast green coffee beans in the oven and work perfectly!

A “Go-to” for lots of needs. This has served me extremely well in the kitchen and at the smoker! Sometimes doubles as a cooling rack, and even a heat-thru base for my silicone muffin tray! Also, found out it seasons realllly well, just like a cast iron.

J'ai commandé 2 plaques et je suis ravie de mon achat. La pâte ne colle pas et cela me permet de faire en pâtisserie des mille feuilles comme je le recherchais en appliquant la pâte entre les deux plaques. Mon seul regret est qu'elles ne soient pas aux dimensions des plaques traditionnelles d'un four, mais elles conviennent tout de même. Attention d'ailleurs car il y a la possibilité d'achat de 2 tailles. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai acheté et je parle de la plus grande taille proposée. Une chose est sûre : je ne regrette pas cet achat, à un prix tout à fait correct.

Can't use this at all, as the batter for cookies will just leak out the bottom. Note: the photos are not showing that there are actual holes. I thought it was just raised bumps, but it is not. Returning.
