Very good for urinary therapy

It arrived quickly. I am hoping it works but too soon to tell. A bit pricey hope it works. My puppy loves the flavor.Update: My puppy has had a good result with product. I bought it again. So glad the vet recommended it. Only wish it was a bit less expensive.

We have been using this product for over a year on a very elderly dachshund. He went through numerous urinary tract infections and our Vet recommended this. Although he is a standard, his little 'wee' sort of drags the ground and he was repeatedly getting infections. Since we started using this back in November of 2012, he hasn't had any infections. Because of the higher cost at the vets office, it was getting increasingly harder to afford so I was looking for something reasonably close to replace it when I came across the same product at my beloved Amazon :). With the decrease in cost, I am ecstatic that I can now afford to continue using it for my beloved "little man" and it's just a plus that it's available on auto ship. No more trying to get into town to pick it up before they close.Love this product, love Amazon for offering it!!!

This product is great. It was recommended by my pet's veterinarian. The only downside to ordering this product from Amazon is that 2x it was out of stock and the last time there wasn't any indication when it would come back in. Of course I contacted VetriScience and they recommended buying it through my Vet and they always make sure its in stock.Sure enough, I called my Vet and it was there. Cost $10 more, but at least I don't have to worry about the product going out of stock or being delayed. My dog can't afford to miss a dosage.

My 11 year old RESCUED Pekingese has had chronic UTI INFECTIONS for years. After dozens of urine cultures with Vets I was told that TULIP MARIE was resistant to almost every antibiotic except one injectable! I could only treat her for one series of injections which I was able to give her at home. After that the injections worked but soon after the UTI RETURNED! The vet said that the injectable antibiotic must be reserved for a time when TULIP MARIE becomes very sick as using it freely for treatment would build up an immunity and become ineffective. After using VETRISCIENCE UTI CHEWABLES FOR TWO DAYS NO BLOOD IS SEEN IN HER URINE AND SHE LIKES THE CHEWS! PLUS TULIP MARIE IS A FUSSY EATER. The only drawback of the chews is that they are very hard and I have to break the chew in half before offering. After just two days..so far so good & I am hopeful. My puppy was getting urinary tract infections constantly, every time we would go to the vet, pay a ton of money and then come home with an antibiotic. As soon as the medicine was gone, about a week later the UTI was back again. We did this for about a year and finally I started researching home remedies and other ways to prevent the UTI's. I purchased this product about six months ago and so far, I give it 5 stars. It is a little expensive, but it is cheaper then my vet bills. So, now she is two years old and we do not have the urinary problems as we did constantly when she was little. I will continue to use it as a preventative chew. Also, my dog loves them, she eats them as quick as possible and wants more!

I was really hoping these would work for my puppy who was having chronic UTI problems. She had been on and off antibiotics for 5 months. Bought these and she would not eat them. Therefore, I had to force her to take them. They did not work and she was back on antibiotics in 7 days. I have since bought CRANIDINE BY NUTRAMAX and they are working perfectly. They are chewable, although my dog still won't eat them. She has been UTI free for 3 months now!!! I would highly recommend that product.

After adopting a paralyzed dog, we did well for two years, but then the pupper got a tenacious bladder infection. Once she was over it, her vet suggested giving her one of these chews a day, along with a cranberry-based prescription medication. It’s been at least 18 months, and she hasn’t had any further infections. These do seem to be rather expensive, but the little pup is worth it. Plus, she loves them, and thinks they are a special treat (which, of course, she thinks she richly deserves).
