Very good b complex taking as self injecting Hydroxocobalamin b12 and need to up b complex. Makes your wee yellow but that's a good sign as the body is taking whats needed and excreting the rest. Never had that with any other as they're all full of bulking agents, this is 100% natural.

Not sure if it's the high doses or something in this product but they caused tummy upset each time I took one of these tablets. Gave up after a week - would not recommend these.

These are great, I find it hard to swallow tablets and these are too big for me to swallow but you can open them up and just have the powder. I mix it in with orange juice. It’s not the best taste but not unbearable either. A great way to make sure you are getting your b vitamins :)
