I'm happy with the product it removers hairs just not all you end up with the odd hair left behind but this could be due to the length of hair so will change review once tried with shorter hairs. Otherwise fairly painless only hurts when trying to get hold of the edge to pull up the wax.

Happy with what I received. Exactly what was described to do. Only problem was one of my bags had ripped so when I opened the postal package some of the beads came flying out. 😕

just now receiving my wax beans.1 pack was full but another just half.why???????
