Stellar Hob Scraper, Stainless Steel, Ideal for Ceramic, Halogen or Induction Hobs

I love my stella ceramic hob/glass scraper, its so easy to use,for safety the blade is hidden but with one screw of the knob you can reveal a very sharp blade. The scraper works wonders on your dirty hob top,and on your splashed on tiles leaving everything nice and clean.Now take the other day i had masking tape on a plug socket i couldnt remove it till i remembered the hob scraper within seconds it removed the stuck on tape leaving me a very happy bunny,it'll also remove sellotape off glass windows.Yes you got me...i tried it on loads of things. Safety is paramount and this Hob scraper has that covered with a up/down motion of the sheath with a turn of the screw you can reveal the blade and another turn cover the blade, so no cut fingers. I really like the easy grip handle its big its easy to grip and makes my life easier. I'm glad i spent that little bit more to buy this Hob scraper.

As others noted, this has to be the toughest scraper around, but a great plus is that the blade doesn’t rust. Very easy to clean too. First bought it seven months ago and as blade now going a bit blunt contacted seller about replacement blades. Fast answer and super fast dispatch. A superior product does the job well. I like the design, the handle fits the palm nicely. The blades are very sharp and double edged to give double life. The blade is secured in place by 3 lugs and held by the blade guard which held by the thumb screw. The blade guard easily slides back after just half a turn on the thumb screw. ( I find the simplest way is to hold the scarper with the blade upward, release the the thumb screw and let the guard slide down exposing the blade edge, re-tighten the thumb screw and it's ready to use) reverse the procedure to securely cover the blade edge. Can be used on windows too.

Good product, used on AGA and if careful does not scratch. Works perfectly on flat surface, AGA has some tricky rounded areas which are more difficult to reach with this product. Overall very happy as removed very dried on residue easily.

I’d tried dozens of cleaning products on the inside of my glass oven door to try to get rid of the burnt on grease that had built up. Nothing could shift it and I gave up hope that it would come off without hiring a professional oven cleaner to do the job. Then I saw someone using a similar scraper on a YouTube cleaning video and so I ordered this one. With a bit of elbow grease the door has come up like new! It didn’t scratch or mark the glass, just scraped away the hard baked on grease leaving the glass unharmed. The scraper seems sturdy and well made so it should last for a good few years. I’m very happy I found it!

Very good quality scraper that is excellent at removing burnt on residue from ceramic hobs. I also used it on the cooker glass and it brings it up like new. Ideally needs to be used with a degreasing spray to avoid scratching surfaces. Mine came with 3 blades. These are VERY sharp and care is needed in changing them. It is also a little fiddly to unscrew the housing to place a blade in the correct position for use and then to put it back in the ‘safe’ position for storage afterwards. Overall though I’m delighted with the purchase and recommend.

It is a very sturdy piece of equipment but for me with very arthritic hands it's very fiddly managing the screw every time to store the blade.

Works as intended. Comes with three, double-sides blades... so 6 sides, which I guess will last at least a year. No safety cover but 20 seconds to unscrew and place blade inside housing so blade isn't exposed. I was terrified I'd ruined my brand new hob, looked like there were permanent marks in the glass. Scourer and hob cleaner wouldn't budge it. This scraper, however got the job done. It lifted a fair amount off straight away and then I left some hob cleaner on for five minutes and the rest came up nicely. Very happy and seems to be a study bit of kit.

Sehr scharfe Klinge und ein edles Design. Was will ich mehr, um mein Ceranfeld zu reinigen. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
