Does it work for cleaning the makeup brush?

Hello there, you can clean any makeup brush by using a makeup brush cleaner and you can buy this from most cosmetic stores. You can also use warm water and baby shampoo or normal shampoo to clean them and remember to allow the brushes to dry naturally.

I occasionally get a tiny bit of Wonderbrow on my skin around my eyebrow. Would this work on a cotton bud, to remove it?
