I must confess I am somewhat of a gardening oddity when it comes to “lawn” . I actually love daisies and clover, buttercups and dandilions and my idea of horror is to see nothing in my lawn except grass. Hence I chose this fertilizer precisely because it DOESN’T contain a weed & moss killer. And I’m rather surprised that many of the negative reviews assumed that an organic, pet & child safe fertilizier would contain such. Still, a couple of weeks ago and a few days prior to forecasted prolongued rain, I scattered the fertilizer and then forgot all about it. It absoloutely poured for the next 5 days. And now the grass is MUCH thicker and greener than before. And my beloved daisies are still there, too. One caveat : the product had a faint odour when I scattered it. And then I smelt absolutely nothing more despite having a sensitive nose. Plus, as I said, we had a long deluge of subsequent rain fall. However, both my own dog and my friends dogs were really interested in the grass for some time. Something clearly smells intriguing to a dog and for some time. Mine isn’t a digger but if yours is, keep a close eye on him/her for a while after fertilizing. Nonetheless, I am thrilled with the product’s performance and I’m just about to buy another.

Great to find an organic weed and feed for grass. Very easy to administer and weeds started to die off within a couple of days. It hasn’t managed to tackle all the moss, but, because it’s organic, I am happy with this product and will just repeat the process in the autumn. Great price too

I am absolutely obsessed with this stuff. I put in some research and after finding this is very safe for kids I used it on a lawn that was badly in need of some nourishment. We are in a new build and the turf quality was not so good so gradually the grass was looking sparser and unhealthier. I used this feed and in three weeks the grass was lush, tall, a vibrant green and starting to amass. This is really AMAZING lawn feed. I now use it twice a year ( I buy two boxes for a relatively small lawn which is the perfect amount) and I couldn't live without it!

Did a great job on the lawn but very pungent for first couple of days

My lawn is basically moss and weeds. I have a cat and wanted something that was safe to use. I waited until I knew it was going to rain and put this on the lawn. I didn't have enough but I think I used too much, however, it has done the trick, you can clearly see where I used it, after 1-2 weeks, the grass is greener and growing better than the untreated areas. I'm not sure that the weeds have diminished yet but the moss looks as though it is definitely going.
