Reliable
Very pleased with these. They are usually not too expensive and they are long-lasting. Cheaper ones tend to break within a year but these are still going strong after 2 or 3 years.

Suprisingly good quality sound
I purchased these earphones for just over €8 for my Nintendo 3DS. My expectations were relatively low, but they proved to be quite decent for music listening. They produce a sound reminiscent of vinyl or cassette tapes, yet in a positive manner. The bass is slightly boomy and the highs are somewhat subdued, but overall, the sound is soothing, pleasant, and well-balanced. These earphones don't aim to impress with a "wow" factor; instead, they deliver dependable sound without being intrusive. They're ideal for lengthy listening sessions. While I possess superior headphones, I still enjoy using these for casual music listening. Another point worth noting is their light weight and comfortable fit in my ears—a trait not commonly found in most in-ear models. These earphones are straightforward to use; simply plug them in and play, working seamlessly with my Pixel phone's jack socket, Walkman, Discman, and Nintendo 3DS. Given my particular focus on sound quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend these earphones.

A NIGHTMARE TO UNPACK!
I have limited dexterity and often find packaging a struggle to contend with. This was no exception! I had to attack the packaging with scissors in various places until I could manage to extricate the earbuds from the multiple layers of plastic packaging. By the time I had managed this, I could not find the spare set of smaller earbuds so that they fit my ears properly, so they are slightly large and uncomfortable, but I suppose that's what you get for buying such a cheap product. As they are such a poor fit, I haven't used them yet so can't really say if they work properly, but be prepared for a lengthy session trying to get them out of all that packaging! I would add that these earpieces are quite large, rigid and are extremely comfortable to wear. As I like to drift off to sleep whilst listening to my music tracks, I have ordered some soft silicone earbuds so that I can sleep with them in place.

Great earbuds
The quality difference between them and my headphones is very noticeable but these are really nice for taking outside.I had to change the buds to the extras because they were too big but that's why they came with different size buds I guess.

Declining in quality while increasing in price
I've bought several pairs of these earphones over many years because they had a good sound for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the last couple of batches I've bought have been considerably lower quality than the earlier batches. The best pairs I've owned have maybe lasted for 3-4 years but the newer pairs seem to only last a couple of months, or even just weeks, before they start having problems.

I love suprises like these.
I used a pair of Soundmagic E10's for a year and I thought they were great, but at a student I was always on edge, putting them in their case and protecting them, because at my age and financial status, a £30 replacement for something would literally mean waiting till Christmas/Birthday (We've all been there). So after my Soundmagic E10's had a good run through the wash, they sounded like watered down garbage and by now I knew I needed to replace my earphones soon because I don't want to go back to using a pair of iBeats that were bundled with my HTC.I looked around and people kept talking about the Soundmagics, but I wanted to try something new and cheaper because of my washing machine fear. Apple Earpods? No, they feel awful and sound like garbage. These Betron earphones everywhere on Amazon promising 'Ultra Deep Bass', I hesitated because I've never heard of the brand (but they probably do sounds really great, I wouldn't know)Then I put the price on 'low to high' set my minimum to £5 and hoped for the best and these Panasonic RP-HJE125E Earphones come up with great reviews.I was interested but what the heck do these reviews mean? Some people say they 'Punch sell above their weight sounding as good as some £30-40 earphones' but what does that even mean? Because my Soundmagic E10's were £35 and I the reviews said they sounded like £70-80 earphones. So that'd mean these Panasonic earphones sound as good as the Soundmagics which are apparently as good as £80 earphones?First of all, I opened the box to reveal what looked like one of the cheapest earphones ever, they're packaged like JVC Gummies (JVC's sound really bad and are awful in terms of build quality and comfortability).Yes, they feel like airplane earphones they hand out before the flight. The cable is cheap and nasty, but the build of the actual earbuds are quite nice. Then I tried them with some of my favourite music (If you're interested, I listen to artists like Nat King Cole, Bobby Darin, Taylor Swift, The Beatles, Drake, Eminem, Classical music like Claude Debussy, I'm a huge Disclosure fan, love Sam Smith and Pentatonix. Varied I know). They sounded really really great. Its really confusing to feel something kinda bad then have it perform really really well. If you blindfolded me and told me these cost £50, I'd have no idea. The fit is really great, they never fall out my ears, no matter if I'm jogging, at work, at college, they stay in without fail. I sleep with my earphones in because I need to listen to a podcast or something to help me get to sleep, the detail they have in voices are truly astounding, why do these £5 earphones sound SO GOOD? It makes no sense? Are Panasonic making ANY profit? Whatever is happening within those cheap earphones is kinda amazing.Pros:- Sound Really Great- A Well Rounded Sound (Not too sharp, Not too much bass)- Cost literally nothing in comparison to performance- Easy to replace if lost, broken (cause they're almost too cheap)- Great fit in the ear- Right angle AUX plug- Work with all devices I've tried (Xperia Z3, Note 3, Windows 10 Laptop, Surface 3, Nexus 7, Tegra Note, iPhone 5/5S/6S)- I can finally hear details in my music I never heard before- They dont distort at all when at full volumeCons- They kinda feel like they're going to break sometimes (but I 100% would pay £10/20 more for the same earphones with high quality wire and metal enclosure)- Next to no sound isolation (people up to 5m away in a quiet room can hear your music, loud and clear, but I listen to them on full blast anyways)- You're reading this review and you've not got them yet. Buy them because you'll regret nothing. They're really, REALLY good.
