Works Perfectly
Works perfectly. I got this cable to power my the network switch in my room, the switch was being powered by a USB to DC plug but I am running out of plugs so decided to get this cable and just plug the USB into a spare port in the back of my computer. Since then it has worked great, I even took the switch and this cable to a LAN party and used my console to power the switch saving a plug and saved me putting an transformer in my bag. Only point I make is make sure that you are getting the correct barrel DC connector before buying type M and N are almost identical.

May not be the correct cable for "compatible" equipment.
Star Tech state that this cable is compatible with the exact model of my Star Tech device. However, the barrel connector turned out to be the wrong size. The cable itself is well constructed. Some voltage drop is to be expected when operating a 2m cable at 2 amps.

Not a bad product
Bought this as a replacement MiniRig charger, it does work but sometimes the cable must be held in a certain position. Not the best quality, not the worst.

Great Exactly What I Was After!
Great Exactly What I Was After! I use this cable to go into my Nordic Trak Exercise bike power slot so that i can connect it to my portable charger without having to plug into the mains with the short cable. Life Save and stop me having to trail leads all over the room!

Didnt work. Very disappointing
I have previously bought this item. I bought it again and received it today. Very disappointing as it doesnt work so will be posting it back for a refund. The barrell part fits the item that i bought it for, but the item itself just doesnt operate.
