Brilliant tablets help me to focus and more energy been using them for over a year now. Only issue is when you stop taking them you become tired lethargic. So they must work.

I have used the Red Kooga Ginseng tablets regularly although not every day because I do not want my body to get accustomed to them so that I cease to feel any real benefit. I can feel the positive effect of a tablet about 15 to 30 mins after taking one. I now find such a tablet essential to release energy evenly during waking hours and to avoid "dips" during the main part of the day. This is particularly valuable when I have had insufficient sleep as it allows me to still get my work and tasks done. However, if I have had so little sleep as to be a zombie, I would not feel their effect. I believe that they also help my skin and Ginseng is renowned for several health benefits. Recommended.

Got these for my lack of energy and tiredness. I've been taking one a day as for me at least they aren't very affordable but I'd heard good things so wanted to give them a go.Started kicking in after a week with more energy and less need to sleep in in the morning. I don't have the afternoon energy slump with these. They are rather large pills though so be aware if you have difficulty swallowing pills.I take these every say six months for a little boost... just one box...especially in winter and they seem to help.

I have been using this vitamin for many years, they do seem to help to give me the feeling that I have more energy, will carry on using them for the foreseeable future.

So far so good no side effects and I’m feeling stronger.. sweet

I thought they were expensive for the amount supplied.
