My hubby is amazed how easy the tens pen is to use and gives him great relief. He didn't think it was able to give him relief for is pain, both shoulders. wrist - he doesn't need to wear the wrist brace all the time. For the value you get for the cost, can't be beat. He can throw dice for our little games, or get cards set in the shuffler without pain. I cannot use it as I have a pacemaker so if you aren't sure due to medical issues I would suggest check with your doctor (I am not giving medical advice). So far we find that it works the same as today as the day he purchased it.

Barely lasted six months contacted the manufacturer had a dialogue and when it came to the time to warranty it because it no longer works after trying all their options to make it work they ghosted me and won’t respond. Do not waste your money on this product, buy somebody else’s. These people are crooks.

According to instructions for tool, I cannot use it on side of neck where I need pain relief. I had to return it.

I have arthritis in my knee. I tried this and really didn't feel any relief. Then I tried it on my neck where I have always experienced tension. It seemed to work better. It's a hit or miss with me. Glad they take refunds.

It's awkward to use on my back and doesn't seem to do anything helpful.

I already reviewed the back pain item, including comments on the pen. I bought both items as my mother had let me use her pen and it successfully banished any pain. I haven't used these yet, as by the time the items had arrived, the pain was gone, but it's recurring so I'll no doubt have occasion to use them ! ( it's an age thing ! )
