Beautiful decor piece. I bought this for my wife as a gift. I filled it with sand from the Florida to coast. On our first family spring break I took some sand, filled this sucker with it and BAM, a cute gift with a memory!

Wish they sold a version half the size but it works
I wanted to get an hour glass so I could put sand in it from a trip I went on it as a memory souvenir item. This hour glass serves the purpose but it is much larger then what I would have liked. It would be great if they could start making them half the size like 5 inches or even 6 inches, otherwise its a good hour glass.
