The media could not be loaded. Sometimes late at night, I will have some back issues... This massager is excellent! It can stick onto the wall with suction. BUT, if you have textured paint on your walls or any walls that are NOT smooth, it will not stick. I usually stick it on the refrigerator because all of my walls are textured. Comes with 2 balls. The chrome ball can be heated with hot water while the blue one can go into the freezer for different results. Excellent product for an excellent price!!!

love this item! great for shoulder back tightness. just use a flat wall surface not texture and it stays secure. everyone has a door that has flat surface! I use my laundry room door

I’m lazy and having to adjust this for different locations is too much effort LOL but it’s good for those hard to reach spots

The instructions were really helpful and made it easier putting together. Everything is pretty much twist, pull, and click. The suction part works on pretty much all surfaces that I've tried including countertops, glass, wood, tile and etc. It has a unique design and comes with two balls so you can switch them out whenever. The blue ball is smoother than the gray one which makes a difference. My hands sometimes cramp from using the computer long periods of time and this massager has been very helpful. I also like using it for my back and foot pain. It gets the kinks out, I find it very comfortable.

This is a unique massage therapy roller in the sense that it can be used with or without one's hands.In the package:- One metal (chrome-colored) hot ball- One plastic (blue) cold ball- One holder with a removable ring for seating either ball- One suction plate- One suction plate cover- Cloth & mesh carry case- Brief Instructions pamphletThis is easy to use. All I have to do is heat the hot (chrome-colored) ball in 158 degree water.They say for 15 or 20 minutes but the water gets cold by then, so I let it sit for 15 minutes, then replace the hot water, wait a couple of minutes and use. I then remove the collar from the hand-held holder, insert the ball, and then roll it on the affected area. If I cannot reach this area, I use the mounting plate to seat the holder to my fridge, and then rub my back against the ball.To use cold, repeat the same procedure above, except freeze the cold (blue) ball for two hours.The hot ball lasts about 15 minutes. I personally do not use cold packs much, so I cannot attest to the 6-hour claims for the cold ball.This works exceptionally well. The ball can be washed with soap and water to clean, if needed.In summary, I love this because I no longer need ice packs or heating bottles for spot heat or cold therapy. The base with the ball allows me to roll this to an area I want to target either by holding this with my hands or using the mounting plate on a non-porous surface such as a fridge. The suction is incredible.The current price of $29.99 is competitively priced. In my opinion, this is giftable since it comes in a decent box with instructions.

Still unsure if I feel like this massager does anything to relieve my pain. I have not mounted it, but using it with my hand I don’t find anything special about it. The metal ball is very cold, these are interchangeable-which is easy to do. I don’t think it is worth the price point it currently is at.

I love this massager! I tried it out when I first got it but didn’t suction it to the wall. We live in an RV and I wasn’t sure if it would even suction and stay on the thin wall papered walls we have, if the walls would be strong enough, and if I even had an available wall.I thought I could just put it on the floor and roll on it that way. That didn’t work. I could roll my neck, arm, calf, glutes, and thigh muscles and hips while holding it detached from the base. That feels very nice. I like the silver metal ball best right now in the heat of the summer and warm fall (so far). The air conditioner makes the ball cold.I finally tried attaching it to the wall in my bedroom doorway and it worked GREAT! Man, the suction on this thing is amazing!I started with the massager at around shoulder height and worked my upper back. I found spots I didn’t even realize were sore. Any really sore spots I paused and held gentle pressure on and then massaged over spot again. I proceeded to lower the massager down the wall to different sections of my back. It worked perfectly. I have degenerative spinal disease and have a lot of back and joint pain and this helps a lot. It feels nice after yoga, too.This massager is made very well and seems sturdy. The suction cup is large and holds extremely well. I had no slipping or moving while using it for 20 minutes on my RV wall. There are markings on the base and detachable hand held part to help with alignment when attaching to wall. The balls are easy to change and stay in securely. It has a cover to protect and keep the suction cup clean. It comes in a mesh carry/storage bag. Easy to take wherever you need.You can even massage your palms and exercise your hands using one or both of the balls.I LOVE this massager and am going to get a lot of use out of it.
