OISON Bluetoth Hearing Amplifier
Item works as said and even better, I will using mostly as a comfortable Bluetooth Speaker. Unit connect very well and safely with an external BLUETOOTH Transmitter (Laptop, MP3, Smart Phone, TV-Sound) for audio and best of all, it has the newer Bluetooth 5.1, means the transmission is with 20meter / 60feet twice as mentioned, passing fairy well inside walls in my house (2 solid walls). Unusable
Bad design at every level. These will fall out of your ears, no matter which domes are used, because of the thick plastic body of the earpieces. Any cheap earbuds from the last 20 years would have been a better choice. The charger would be difficult/impossible for anyone with vision/dexterity problems to use, which is probably most of the target audience for such a device.

I think it is OK.
I think it is OK. Not a bad amplifier, but as opposed to hearing aids, this just makes everything louder, including unwanted noises. It is not too heavy. I can’t find the best fit on me, though. It charges through USB connection. I had a similar sound amp but a pair of wireless earphones. I think this is better by a tad in convenience and ease of use. On the fence, and si I amgiving it 3.5 stars.

Amplifies sound, but no hearing aid modes; good bluetooth function
These hearing amplifiers come with various size domes. I removed the domes that were on the hearing devices, and tried on the other ones to get a better fit for my ears, so that I didn't get as much whistling. When I get whistling, I adjust to lower volume and this helps to minimize how often whistling occurs.I like that the volume button is large enough to easily press. For volume, there is minimum volume, then 4 levels of volume above that, and then maximum volume. When minimum volume is reached, a voice says "minimum volume". The same goes for maximum volume. While these amplifiers provide good sound amplification; if I am using these while watching TV, and I walk across the carpet, I can hear my footsteps in addition to hearing the sounds from the TV. I would like it if these amplifiers could better differentiate the sounds. For instance, I have another hearing amplifier with different modes (normal, TV, conversation, outdoors) that provides better relevance for my listening. As for Bluetooth function: when I turned Bluetooth on my phone, and clicked "add new device" icon, my phone showed "X36F" and my phone paired with the amplifier. I like being able to listen to music from my phone on these amplifiers - works great! I control the volume from the phone while listening to music, not from the volume button on the amplifier.note: each time my phone pairs with these amplifiers, the voice says "connected". Once I turn off the Bluetooth function, the voice says "disconnected."The user manual has good details that I could understand.Lastly, I love the large size controls (volume, multi-function, auxiliary listening, etc), making it easy to press the controls.Overall, these are decent hearing amplifiers, with even better Bluetooth function.

worked as intended.
This is a great sound amplifier that just helps with making sound more clear to the ears. I like everything about this headset. It helps me hear clearly when I am on the phone, but for listening to music, it is okay but could be better. Overall, this is a great affordable sound amplifier headset that works well and it’s affordable.

Nice Neckband Sound Amplifier / Bluetooth Headphone
I wear hearing aids and I had heard about these types of sound amplifiers for a while, so when I had the opportunity to try these I jumped at the chance. The first thing I want to point out, to set expectations appropriately, is that these are sound amplifiers, not hearing aids. Hearing aids have circuitry to vary the amplification according to the degree a patient can hear specific frequencies. This leads to fairly natural sound. In my case, my hearing aids amplify the speech range well so I can hear and understand voices pretty clearly. In addition, full hearing aids have sophisticated noise suppression and focusing capability that allows one to hear sounds, say, ahead of you while suppressing others. This capability works well in a busy restaurant or bar. In addition, some hearing aids also act as Bluetooth headphones to pump sound from a phone or other source directly into the aid.So what does this rechargeable sound amplification device do? Well, it seems to amplify all frequencies at the same time. So everything gets louder at the same time. For people with mild or moderate hearing loss across a range of frequencies, this may be adequate. The volume control raises and lowers the volume in both earpieces at the same time, making for convenience but there is no ability to have different volume levels for each ear. There are 5 volume levels controlled with + and - buttons (and confirmed with beeps) on the control panel and the levels get fairly loud, although I wish they would go a bit higher. For example, without my hearing aids I can't hear the tapping on keys on my keyboard. With these in, however, the tapping comes through. Instrumental music sounds quite good to me with this. It seems to transmit the sound as it comes through speakers pretty accurately, so I can enjoy the music. I don't hear any feedback at all from this amplifier, unlike others I have tried. The seal in my ears is very good. There are a total of 3 sets of domes in different sizes so you can get a pretty good fit. I find the earpieces fit and stay securely in my ear. This is a very convenient sound amplifier to use. The lightweight band fits comfortably around your neck and the control buttons are easy to use. There is plenty of length in the wires so any head size and ear distance can be accommodated. This device is especially suitable, it seems to me, for use around the house. It's really great for watching TV or listening to music. A real plus for this unit is a digital noise reduction. Now, there are quite of few of these neckband amplifiers on the market now and most of them only function as amplifiers. These, however, also function as Bluetooth headphones. They pair easily and sound very good when playing music from your phone and you can take calls as well. There is a button on the neckband that switches from one mode to the other. So, is this amplifier for you? Well, if you have severe hearing loss and particularly if the amount of loss varies a lot by frequency, perhaps not since all the frequencies are amplified with this. But if you find yourself turning up the TV and the too-loud sound is then ok for you (but not for your partner), this may help you a lot and be worth a try. Just be cognizant of what this device is and don't expect it to perform like a full hearing aid does.A USB charging cord is included but no AC adapter is, so you'll have to use your own. The included instructions are very good and should get you going quickly. This is a very nice sound amplifier/ Bluetooth headphone. It's built well and I recommend it if amplifying the entire frequency range would work well for you.
