Great massage stick, quality. Wish I'd bought one years ago!
Brilliant. Regular use really helping me keep my calves and achilles tendon supple.I've been struggling for 4 years with problems with tightness in my lower legs.Have been using this before and after each run/bike ride (I regularly do 4-7 rides a week and 3-4 runs per week) and I am feeling massive benefits.Quality massage stick feels sturdy.Been using it about 6 weeks now each day with no problems. Can apply lots of pressure with it easily using both hands - I'm a bit weak in upper body strength and even my weedy push leaves great benefits.Long enough to do larger muscle groups such as quads and hamstrings.Highly recommended. Wish I'd bought one years ago!66Fit model better quality than a lot of others on the market too.Buy one if you regularly exercise, you won't regret it!

Simple and effective self massage
This simple device is a must for anyone (sports person or otherwise) who suffers from painful muscles. Or, indeed, it may be used by any average-Joe purely to relax parts of your body.Compact enough to use almost anywhere on the body, this 66fit Trigger Point massage stick is ideal for packing in a sports bag when on the move and to be used after exercise for instant and long-lasting relief.I did not know what to expect because the concept is remarkably straight-forward - but I have been blown away by how the massage stick makes any aches and pains I acquire during exercise simply melt away, leaving my body feeling revived, rejuvinated and most importantly, virtually pain free. It's great after a long run or gym session, but I think that it does an amazing job for anyone else - especially if you just wish to relax and wind down after a hard day at work. Just 5-10 minutes of rolling this awesome device over your tired muscles will give you a feeling of wellbeing. An incredible purchase and highly recommended.

Good Quality
Arrived quickly and is good quality and we'll made. You do have to press on quite hard to feel any benefit but works well. Good price.

I've found its use has prevented the tightness and discomfort felt from returning so severely
Having purchased other 66Fit products from Amazon in the past, being impressed with their ability to relieve tension in the muscles, I purchased the trigger point massage stick, to help ease the tightness of the peroneus longus/brevis tendons in my left leg, that'd prevented me from performing calf exercises or stretches involving inversion of the toes (upwards towards the shin) against resistance.Needless to say, since beginning to roll the massage stick over the calves and other muscles in my legs both before exercise, the peroneal tendons aren't nearly as tight or painful, allowing me to perform those calf exercises that require inversion or plantar flexion. Used afterwards, I've found its use has prevented the tightness and discomfort from returning so severely, particularly when stretching. To ease the tension in my feet and to prevent them from cramping late at night, I'll finish off by rolling them over the 66Fit spiky massage rollers (since the peroneal tendons terminate in the feet), that I own.

Where have you been all my life?
I am a dude who years ago lost tons of weight in a really short amount of time. I work out really hard on a daily basis and do lots of cardio specifically stepper, crosstrainning and cycling (1500 calories on a daily basis). Due to a recent ingury I also had to include running in my work out routine and I have a bit of hard time stretching before and after my cardio.Needless to say, for the past 2 months my legs have been in lots of pain, get stiff every single night and only recently I started stretching properly again.I've spent countless hours in massage therapists and physiotherapists. Some of them get it right only for a few minutes though, before they proceed to the next part of your body that is in pain or needs relief. With this thingy, you can do it whenever you wish, for as long as you wish, its so easy to locate the spots that hurt yet here I am writing a review instead of using. You have to buy it.

Excellent to self-massage calves
I love this! Bought so that i can self-massage my calves which get really tight as i do a lot of running / cycling / swimming. Much easier to use than a foam roller and kinder to your wrists. Does squeak occasionally but not loudly and i don't use the roller for that long anyway. Seems very well built. I have a range of massage rollers / balls/ machines and i tend to use this the most.

Cheap quality, not value for money at all
I've just purchased two different rollers, one of which is this one. Very disappointed. At £18.50, I would have expected something of much better quality. As it is, it, the actual rollers are made of a cheap plastic material which, if rolling over clothing (sometimes unavoidable depending on circumstances) slides rather than rolls. Poor quality, grossly over-priced. The other roller I purchased is vastly superior, robust and of quality material and, as an osteopath of 25 years standing, I highly recommend. Also on Amazon, this is the "ProTec Athletic Roller-Massager" which (you know what?) is only £1 more than the "66fit Trigger Point Massage Stick-White/Blue" at £19.50.
