Very Intense
I use this for baking, it made a delicious chocolate orange buttercream, very happy. Just have to use a little at a time and the flavour is intense.

Barely tastes of orange
This extract barely tastes of orange. I used about half a bottle in one batch of cookies and they still barely tasted of orange. You are 100% better off getting food-safe orange oil. Pure orange oil actually tastes of oranges and you need barely any for it to taste strongly. I just got this cus I couldn't find any pure orange oil at the time and it's still hanging around going unused.

Good but easily overdone
I like the orange extract, however it is very easily overdosed! The first time I used it (in chocolate orange crunchy biscuits), I had to throw the whole lot away as they tasted very very bitter. Also, due to the open bottle it is not very easy to dose. I'd definitely prefer a dropper or some kind of dosage help as it is very concentrated.

Macht man das Fläschchen auf schlägt einem intensiver Orangenduft entgegen. Wirklich sehr intensiv, so das man behutsam dosieren muss, ansonsten ist es wirklich zu intensiv. Hat man aber einmal den Dreh mit der richtigen Dosierung raus ist es einfach toll

Guter Geschmack, etwas schwierig bei der Anwendung
Angenehmer Geschmack, jedoch schwer zu dosieren. Das Fläschchen hat keinen Schüttrand und viel läuft beim Abmessen an der Flasche entlang ins Nichts. Deshalb auch der Abzug. Ich benutze zum Dosieren einen Minibecher mit Skala von 1ml bis 10ml der hilft etwas genauer zu sein bei der Menge.

ganz ehrlich gesagt, habe ich mir aufgrund der positiven Renzesionen viel mehr erwartet. Ich bin eher sehr enttäuscht, denn Orangengeschmack will sich bei den Kuchen einfach nicht einstellen. Ich reibe somit - wie immer - frische Orangenbschale in den Teig - das funktioniert immer
