How much would you use to make a 14 inch or 35cms sponge cake please ?

Hi We recommend replacing 10% of your flour weight if you are using it in your cake mix. Or replacing10-15% of your sugar weight in buttercream/frosting. Regards Leigh

Is there any way to remove the seeds?

Thank you for your question, it is very difficult to remove the seeds from this product, it is something that we have looked at in the past, however this would only be possible on small batches and is extremely labour intensive and doesnt remove 100% of the seeds, as such we do not provide this as an option currently. for larger batches we may be able to quote you on providing reduced seed strawberry powder. Does it turn cake mixture or icing pink

Yes it does... not like food colouring but the strawberries do change the colour of the icing and the cake batter once you put them in
