It's great to use this, especially if you have many devices to charge. I have many things to charge that I need on a regular basis and this USB charger port has been very handy! When you take the plug out, the charger is still on for about 30 or more seconds so it's still charging the device. All devices are charged at the same time and ready to use.

No nonsense USB hub which is useful on the side of my desk to power a bunch of bits and pieces, in my case fairly low wattage stuff. Only slight downside is that there is a slight high pitched electrical noise coming from it which is audible if the room is very quiet. I'm particularly sensitive to these sorts of things so it may bother others less. Certainly not bad enough to stop using it as otherwise a good device.

I can sit anywhere you wantThe Manto 8-Port Charger is nice and small. There are four little rubber feet on the underside to protect your desktop and for grip. It comes with a long heavy duty power lead. It needs that heavy duty cable, I guess to power charge all your x8 devices fast. There is a green light on top to indicate the Manto is on. I haven't heard it make a noise nor has it gained any heat whilst charging my devices.I haven't seen a reduced time in charging my devices from my previous USB (4-port) charger.To improve this device is to have the USB port around the edge of the charger rather than on top. And the colour is all white, it perhaps needs a two tone colour, white with grey on two sides.Overall this is a great charger for the price and will last due to its robustness and build quality. USB charging isn't gone yet, perhaps here for another 2-3 years.

USB Charger Station Manto 8-Port Desktop Charger Fast Smart Charger for Multiple Devices with 4 feet Power Cord 50W/10A White UK Plug I was getting tired of filling my power sockets with USB chargers for phones, tablets, other USB devices etc. I ordered this device as it can charge 8 USB ports at the same time.Upon arriving, I unboxed it and found the following contents:Contents1 x 8 Port USB Charger1 x UK Power Cord (110cm)1 x Instruction LeafletWhen I first picked it up I was impressed at its construction. It was much smaller than I expected, smooth and made from hard ABS white plastic with protruding feet. It also had a bit of weight behind it. The power cord was nice and thick with a 3 Amp fuse. It had a very small discreet green LED that light up to signify power was going through the device.All 8 USB ports operated at 2.4 Amps max @ 5 Volts only. There was no QC 3.0 charging port. Each port had a smart IC chip to regulate the voltage and short circuit protection. I did a test of 4 ports occupied and it worked quite well with no drops in current.When in use I heard no noise, squealing or excessive heat. This was an excellent charger from the moment I first held it I knew it wasn’t poor quality as it had some weight to it (even the UK power lead was strong and well built). For its relatively low price (£21.99 at time of writing) it was cheaper than an official Apple charger and turned out to be quite a bargain. One minor negative was that I wish it had one QC 3.0 USB port, but it’s a great product I can’t recommend it more highly enough.I’ve included various pictures. I am an Amazon Prime member so the charger arrived safely the next day as expected.I bought this on an amazon daily deal so it was an even more amazing deal than usual, no complaints there.I am often away on business and have multiple devices which require a regular charge. I usually end up in a situation where there are not enough sockets in my hotel room so I need to carry a 4 way extension lead and four individual USB plug top chargers which adds unnecessary bulk to my hand luggage.This nice compact unit has resolved this issue. It is extremely well made and has a good weight to it which prevents it from tipping up, a problem you will find with some of the less expensive units on the market. There is also a green LED on the top to indicate there is power avaliable and all is well.As this is a smart device it supplies the correct power the connected device and charges at the optimum speed so you are not having to wait longer than expected for a charge to complete because your plug top charger is rated too low.In the box you get the charger and a 3 pin power lead. The charger itself is robust and compact with 8 x USB ports on the top. It has 4 x rubber feet on the base to prevent slipping and is white in colour . There is small green light to indicate power to the charger. I have used this charger since it arrived and am impressed with its performance. When I'm at home it's fully loaded and works perfectly, no complaints from the family...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Charging Station to anyone.

Was a bit dubious about ordering this as was a lot less expensive than others but couldn't be happier as 'it does what it says on the tin'! Can charge the light gates for Science practicals in no time!
