I was skeptical, but totally love this pillow. I had been using body pillows, even cross-ways as a lumbar support, but always woke up with pretty serious back pain. This pillow is small enough that it doesn't over-correct posture, and supportive enough that it holds me up without going flat. It's soft enough that I can't actually feel it. I sleep on my front and my side, and occasionally on my back, and I find this pillow is perfect no matter which position I choose. Since I started using this pillow, I've slept SO much more deeply, and wake up with only about 20% of the back pain I used to have.

I haven’t been able to sleep on my back since my daughter was born. My hips had tilted enough during my pregnancy that even after she was born and the baby weight was gone, I still couldn’t lay flat without pain. I use this pillow to lay comfortably on my back, and even use it for side support when I sleep on my side. It’s helped so much, I’ve noticed that when I travel without it, I can go without it for several nights without pain. But after about 5 nights, I want it again. It’s small enough that I could take it, but with a three year old, there’s plenty more that gets priority when packing light. I love this pillow. Thank you!!

I need lumbar support when sleeping, otherwise my back starts to ache. I used to roll up a hand towel but this pillow is so much better.This pillow is made very well- high quality materials. It compacts well into it's travel bag and doesn't take long to return to its original shape. It is good that the cover can easily be removed for washing.

The lumbar support pillow goes completely flat and does not offer support. When ordering, I did not notice the statement "It is perfect for someone under 135 pounds."

Since I got pregnant, my lower back has been bothering me. I tried different kinds of back support and none worked. My friend told me about this orthopedic support pillow and I tired it. It helps me sleep better. It’s low enough that it doesn’t change the spine curve. It worked for me.

The soft foam took three days to decompress and it never did take on the wedge shape required for claim of "orthopedic" support. A toss pillow works better than this support pillow.

I bought it for my husband. He really likes it. He always have problem with waist not having support when he sleep. He said it really improve his waist problem now.

This lumbar pillow is great for those who suffer from minor backaches or neck strain while sleeping. The smaller version works great as a neck support pillow while I sleep. I do wish I purchased the larger design for my back because the small pillow is only about 1.5'' high.
