Great fun game for all the family when learning about money!
This is a great game for those starting to learn about money! It offers two types of games - one, I would say is for beginners just learning about coins and the other is for advanced learning about money! The Bingo cards have two sides - so the first side just has pictures of coins. This is great for beginners because you can match up the coins, talk about their size, shape and colour as your children are just learning to identify money. The other side of the Bingo cars have pictures of everyday items with price tags on them and a total amount to work out, learning how to use a variety of coins to add up to the amount that you need. Nothing is too complicated, it is very basic and would be suitable up till about the end of year 1. My son is in reception and just starting to learn about money and he really loves this game!I did, however, find that when all four players are using the second side of the Bingo card (adding up money to total an amount that matches the price tags), that here is not enough money for everyone to fill their card. I know it is Bingo, so there will be a winner before anyone else, but every time we play this, we find that, more or less, everyone kinda finishes and 'wins' at the same time! We all enjoy this regardless - even his brother that is in year 4!

Excellent game
Fantastic game for children to learn to recognise coins, to understand how to create sums of money using different coins and learn values of money. The instructions describe level one and level 2, however I would go as far as to say you can create additional layers of learning. Level one is recognising the coin and matching it to the corresponding picture of the coin on the bingo card. You can stretch the learning here with adding the pictures of coins together to make a sum of money.Level 2 has a picture of an item with a price label, your child can find different coins that can make the amount. For example if the label says 25p they may choose to use a 20p piece and a 5p piece to stretch the learning further you can ask them alternative coins that could make the amount that gets them to understand how the value is the same but with different amounts of coins I.e two 10ps two 2ps and a 1p looks like more money but it’s the same value as the 2 coins used (20p and 5p).My son really enjoyed the game and didn’t really know he was learning at the same time as having fun!

Great game
Great product. My daughter is in year 2 and has just started doing coins and change. We did this over half term and it helped familiarise her with the coins and how to work out change. Teacher said she had her hand up the whole lesson when they were doing coins and I was really pleased as she’s usually shy

Not interesting enough to keep the attantion
Bought it for a 5 year old. the plastic coins and the pictures on the board are confusing - so in the end we changed the plastic ones for the real ones. The game rules are easy - spin the wheel and see if the coins shown by the arrow match the object on your board, then find the money. It takes about 15 min to play it (depending on the number of players). The game hasn't been played with often and the child has never asked to play it, it's always me who tries to encourage it. Off on a search for a more interesting money game.

Ok game colours of coins but dull
Nice game, learning resources games always nice, found it hard to use having got straight out of box without thinking about it first. Colours of coins a bit dull, pretty sure will get good use out of it though.
