I bought this toy to use as a more male oriented tool on a dementia unit, and it is perfect for this. Lots of great different, brightly coloured pieces, and the drill is easy to handle. There are some sturdy pattern boards to follow, which have a blank side too so you can make your own. My patients LOVE it actually, including one of the ladies, and this is the only thing one of my patients will actually become involved with for longer than a few minutes. Could do with some sort of container for all the bits, this would make the toy perfect, but overall it is an excellent educational toy and very absorbing to use. Batteries seem to have lasted quite well (not supplied) so doesn't use too much energy each play session. Very satisfied.

Great little toy for my three year old. He loves drilling like a big boy and making pictures! I got the original version and the only difference between it and the large seems to be that it doesn't have a carry case. Honestly I wouldn't want my son taking it out with him as if he lost the Utd and bolts I'd probable be more upset than him. This is great for teaching them their colours and how to follow instructions. Above all else I think it teaches patience and concentration.

I bought this toy for my 4 y.o. son - he was into contruction toys and absolutely loved it. You do need 3 AA bateries to buy to make the drill work - luckily I had them so we could enjoy this toy stright away. The plastic looks bright and made nicely. Everything is very simple and easy to play with. The only thing I would improve is the colour of the work surface - I would rather have it a little bit transparent as you cant quite see through those hole the pattern you are supposed to follow. But he creates his own patterns and looks very pleased with this toy.

This was the perfect gift for my 2 D.I.Y obsessed toddlers. 1yr and 2yr old, they love anything to do with drills and 'fixing'. So i was pleased that i found this as they absolutely love it. It is also lovely to have a game they can do together. I brought the screwdriver aswell so they had one each. They don't make patternds yet, but do enjoy drilling in the screws and changing the drill heads etc brilliant idea for an activity, and they play with it on a daily basis. Well worth the money!

I bought this toy for my 2yr old grandson who is fascinated by how things work and loves taking things apart. When he opened this on his birthday his face said it all. The battery powered drill and screwdriver immediately gained his attention and he gradually made his way onto the nuts and bolts. it is a toy that will definitely grow with him. The nuts and bolts can be arranged into patterns, you can develop recognition of colours and counting as well as obviously, imaginative play. His 4yr old sister immediately wanted to get in on the act proving that it isn't just boys who like DIY! The one small downside is that it takes 6AA batteries which aren't included in the box and there was no mention of this on the outside packaging. Fortunately I decided to check this before giving it to him but it was annoying that we had to remove the packaging to do that hence the loss of one star to my rating. In all other respects it is an excellent toy and I loved it.

A very simple but occupying toy. I wasnt very exited about it to be honest but it exceeded all my expectations. My 3 year old cant have enough of it. I would literally buy this as a present for birthdays.

Bought this in October for my nephew's Xmas present. Gave it to him and he was hooked straight away. Great toy! Unfortunately, one day later and the drill will only work in reverse. He loves it and a little worried about ordering a spare drill in case the same thing happens. Tried to return/report the fault and it's out of the returns policy - my fault for trying to be organised!

This was a perfect present for my 3 year old grandson. He loves it. Seems well made and simple to put together, use and then dismantle again! Not sure how long it will last but I’m sure he is getting great fun out of it.

We already own a design & drill set so I knew my kids would love this activity center and I was right! My girls who are 4.5 years old and 2.5 years old loved creating different designs and I loved seeing them take turns using the power drill and screwdriver. This set comes with 20 activity cards so my 4.5 year old enjoyed picking an activity card and creating it on the board. I love this is helping both of them to work on their fine motor skills and it is also teaching them to share, count, practice their colors and be creative! All the pieces are durable and high quality and even when my 2.5 year old is a little rough with it, it still works perfectly! This is the perfect indoor toy and I love that it can be played with by both of my kids in different ways. Also it is a great toy that kids can grow with and play with for many years! Highly recommend!

This is excellent product for you little ones, improves fine motor and can engage your kid for hours. Love the product

Increíble juego, mi hijo lo ama!! Requiere coordinación motriz, análisis mental, paciencia (cómo no lo pueden armar tan rápido aprenden a que con persistencia logran cada uno de los retos). Me fascina que él solo puede sacar la caja y armar los diseños sin necesitar de mi ayuda. Juega con él sin saber todos los beneficio q hay detrás. Tiene 4 años y espero le dure el gusto muchos años más. Yo soy muy feliz!
