will it fit 2/5 slots card (like msi armor)?

Probably yes. As a mean of comparison, i use this case with an RX480 Sapphire Nitro+ which uses 2 slots. As i can see, the MSI Armor has 279 x 140 x 37 mm opposing to 240 x 120 x 42 mm from the RX480. It would fit better wide wise, but will be tight in length and height. At Sharkoon official page is stated that it will fit GPUs until 315 mm of length and 150 mm height for the CPU cooler, so my bet is that you are safe with that card.

Will this fit a micro ATX motherboard in at a push?

NO , This as only Enough room for ITX , Case as only 4 Motherboard stand-off's where you mount the ITX board & Only 2 PCI Brackets on back for 1 single Dual slot graphics card.

Was anyone able to fit a full sized modular PSU in this with a gfx card also?

I have a corsair SFX600 PSU + GTX 1070 FE, if your psu is the same width as the sfx then there IS space for both.

Where is the 2.5 inch hdd meant to go ?!

There's a shroud that converts the 3.5 bay into 2.5 as far as I remember. Also, there are holes on the bottom of 3.5 bay that look like they enable 2.5 mount (Not tested ). Additional 2.5 drive can be mounted vertically on the back of the case instead of rear 80mm fan.
