It is a good razor.

I have used these blades(not the same ones) for a number of years they do give a close shave & I found them better than other types of multiple blade shaving systems/razors as they don't clog up that easily which is good when if like me you have a receding hairline and prefer to shave one's head, I used to get 3 or four shaves out of one set of blades but I have more than doubled that by gently pushing the dry razor upwards(PLEASE DO NOT GO DOWNWARDS!) 3 or four times before shaving (after the blue strip has gone, on the white pad with the blue stripe that lubricates the shave)it does feel funny but if you go upwards you will not be cut.

I've used Gillette Mach 3 blades now for a number of years and find them amongst the best you can buy. I get a good shave each day for about a week with each cartridge. Trouble is they ARE expensive, but Razors4U do seem to offer about the lowest price available at the moment (Jan 2013). I notice on the packaging the ones they supply are produced in Germany and have multi language intructions, so guess they are intended for the export market. But as far as I can tell they are the same quality as I'd normally buy in a UK shop.

I did not realise until I opened my bathroom cupboard that I have a secret fetish for razors. I have virtually all the razor makes and DE safety razors and also a single blade razor. Anyway, these are excellent value blades for the Mach 3. I believe the Mach 3 is one of the finest razors that Gillette have made, none of the fancy marketing hype, it just gets on with the job with minimum of fuss. personally, I still prefer the Hydro for quickness, but if you have a Mack 3 and need blades, these are the ones to get.

I can't afford to buy any of the newer 'Power' or 'Vibrating' types of Gillette razor, the handle alone costs an arm and several fingers. When will Gillette go for the replacement blade market by offering the first handle and blade free? Such stupid non-marketing from their sales team.No, I'll stick with the old Mach 3, keep buying the much cheaper replacement blades and get a week's excellent close, but blood-free, shaves out of each one using shower gel or hand wash gel as my lubricant. You don't need expensive cans of shaving gel or foam with a Mach 3.Oh, and a warning for Gillette: Don't suddenly stop making Mach 3 replacement blades - yours may be the best but there are plenty of considerably cheaper alternative brands out there...

After many years and many attempts to find a viable substitute that suits me and my skin including other major manufacturers and other endemic 3 blade and 5 blade manual and electric vibro type razors once again I had to purchase Gillette Mach 3 blades and in sufficient quantity I may add to last me about 2 years. Product excellent.....Service excellent..provider excellent

bien sur pour le rasage du visage ..... On peut sans problème se raser au moins 2 semaines avec une lame . Petite question .... Il semble que maintenant le rasoir ne soit plus fourni avec le support plastique au dos duquel on pouvait conserver les lames neuves , à moins que ce support soit fourni séparément .Si vous avez la réponse merci de nous la transmettre .
