Only if you could attach it somewhere where the pedal sensor and wheel sensor are always in the same position relative to the wheel and pedals. Would depend on your bike frame geometry. It's pretty unlikely on a full suspect.

This is designed to fit a conventional bike - so it could be used for speed+cadence outdoors (or indoors on a cycling track) providing that your sports watch / bike computer supports the ANT+ combined speed+cadence sensor profile. If you're referring to a stationary spinning/gym bike indoors, then it is theoretically possible to fit this type of sensor to a spinning bike, but it will vary from one bike design to another as to how difficult it is to find suitable locations to mount the sensor parts (if you look up the fitting instructions online then you'll understand why). Then if you did manage to get the sensor fitted successfully to a spin bike then you're not going to want to remove it and reattach it to another bike!
