Midwest Kids Glove & Ball Set

This was great to teach my daughter how to catch and toss a ball

Good quality glove for the price. Kids love it. Didn't realise it was for left hand only and makes it awkward if you're a right hand catcher. But to be honest it's only to knock around the park with for 20mins or so, so it does the job well.

Perfect size and comfortable for my 5&8 year old. They come with kid friendly softer balls. The gloves are vinyl and feel a bit cheap.

I bought this for my son as a present and it seems ideal. The glove feels well made as does the baseball. Although the ball isn't as hard as a regular one, it's still pretty tough and it could break a window! The glove is great for little hands, well made and I'm sure eager young ball players will enjoy learning the game through it's use. I bought a starter Bronx baseball bat and ball to go with this and I think they complement each other really well. So if any parents are thinking about trying to interest their little ones in baseball, this stuff is great. It's nice to be able to get decent baseball equipment here in England, so go on, buy it!

If you're looking for a baseball glove and ball for a child under 10 practicing at home this is great. Wouldn't use it in a baseball game as the ball is a lot softer than standard. But if you don't want your windows broken (or your child's nose) this is a great set. The glove is better than it appears in the photo - I was pleasantly surprised. The leather is nice and soft, which makes it easily flexible for little hands. I am a lot happier with this product than I expected to be, and the price is very reasonable.

If you think this glove is only for young kids then you are wrong, I bought this for my 12 year old son to play with and it fitted perfectly

Not much wearing in needed. Great for my 9 year old and 11 year old. Remember, if it's to tight, it is perfectly normal to not put your index finger in the glove. With index finger sticking out of the glove, it also makes a bigger pocket to catch the ball in
