When you buy a pack of 10 notebooks that costs £5 including delivery, you shouldn't be expecting a high end product. What you get, for your 50p a pad price, isn't as cheapo as you might think.Sure, the front cover is paper and the binding is about as thin a piece of wire as you can get. Yep, the paper itself is thin but not too thin. So a rollerball pen ink will bleed to the reverse but not onto the next page. Acceptable quality at this price point I would say.The pages themselves are not perforated, but they do rip from the wire binding in one piece and without leaving 'chads' all over the place. Another bonus point for a clean-freak (at least as far as my desk is concerned) like me.They are on the small size, both in format (A6) and volume (80 sheets). The backboard is pleasantly thick though, and at this price point I'm really not complaining. Equally suitable for list-making or note-taking.

Value for money

This arrived and I immediately compared it to my previous pad. Yes, the paper is marginally thinner and so is the cover. However, I've been using them for a while and can say the paper doesn't bleed through in using a pilot ink pen and never with ballpoint. The bundle may seem excessive, but for those who take a lot of notes, these are fine and heavier papers and covers cost more. A good purchase at this price point.

I use these for notes, got them all over the house.

usually buy standard A5 notebooks instead of these reporters style, but these work just as well and are extremely good value.

I carry one of these pads with me almost everywhere I go, they're so useful to note stuff down on.Unless you're incredibly used to using a notes app, these are perfect for day to day note taking.The sheets aren't perforated so it's a little tricky to get them removed cleanly but these are perfect if you don't tend to do that.
