Fruits, vegetables and so on. There is no magic. Some people will say they feel much better consuming spirulina. Mostly it is effect placebo.If you want to stay and feel better, go to grocery store and effect will doble. Firstly for your health an secondly for your pocket.I have taken Spirulina tablets for almost a year with my wife. Medical test were done before and few times during an after we finished. No difference.
