Better than expected
Came on time and we'll packaged. It did come with instructions but the fittings were the same as my old switch so didn't really check them. But it was very easy to fit and looks lovely. I will say its thinner than the standard white plastic switches on most homes, but it still fits flush against the wall. The colour is slightly darker than the picture but not by much. Unfortunately my actual light still needs fitting so couldn't get a great photo of the switch!

Look good, reasonable quality
The wall switches have a nice positive audable click. They look good, I bought them for the antique brass finish. They are slim, certainly slimmer than the old white plastic switch that I was replacing. The component parts appear to be well made and its well put together. They are good value for the money. My only concern is how well the laqured finish will maintain it looks with use. Only time will tell. A word of caution they do not necessarily work the same was as the swicth you are replacing to check the included wiring diagram. Other than that a competent DIYer should have not problems. If indoubt, get a pro electrician to do it.

Great Wall Light Switch Plates.
I have been buying these BG Electrical wall light switches, in both brushed silver and gold, as I go around the house replacing/updating our home electrics. BG Electrical is an excellent manufacturer; each switch is great quality, very well made and well packaged for delivery. The screw terminals are robust and really do secure the copper wires, the earth protection terminal is strong and easy to wire to too. With the two mounting screws supplied they are easy to fit, and look great when in place.
