A good and easier version of Rubik's cube for children

We ordered, we played with, it broke. It was fun while it lasted but the squares are very cheap and do not rotate easily. Super easy for beginners to solve.

I got into Rubik's cubes recently and wanted to pick this up to see if it was any better. Overall, quite good, the plastic is light and perhaps a bit thin but holds up to normal use quite well. It rotates very easily (sometimes too easily/quickly) and has a bit of elastic to the bonds holding the cubes together. The little caps on the center panels are easy to remove but do stay attached while rotating and spinning it. The screws to adjust tension are small but useful. I haven't messed with them too much beyond a bit of tightening as the cube was very loose on first use. Some of the plastic edges were very rough if I grabbed it the wrong way but a simple file with just my finger nail got it to be smooth. As others have said, the instructions it comes with are in Chinese (?) and almost useless unless you already know how to solve the cube. There are plenty of good resources online to learn. This is exactly the same type of puzzle as a name bran Rubik's cube, just faster and lighter. Good product for the price, you just need to put in the time investment to learn how to solve it.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see it's got a QY branding on the box. All of the writing is NOT in English. This is a small box and seems smaller than a normal cube. It is 2.5 inches on each side.Inside we have a sheet with some algorithms to help solve the cube, there is no English on this either. So, you have to either figure it out from the pictures or possibly scan the QR code and maybe they have English at the link. (edit: the link pointed me to Wechat, maybe their support?)This is a very smooth moving cube. I've heard the term, magnetic kicked around, but I'm not that well versed in that. To me this feels very smooth, not like the name brand cubes which tend to be rough. You can see the rounded corners of the pieces which make it easier to move. For example, when I twist the cube a little out of alignment, when you move the row, it actually straightens out the cube instead of binding up.The colors are solid plastic, NOT stickers. To me this cube is maybe a little too loose out of the box. To tighten it up there are screws under the center pieces. You pry off the cover and can then loosen or tighten to your preference. Each face can be adjusted on their own,It's a smooth cube, I like it and it moves quickly. I'm definitely not an expert at solving these, but I enjoy this as a way to relax my mind.I like this cube and feel it is a good value for the money.I'm rating this five out of five starsPros- Smooth motion- Each face can have tightness adjusted- StickerlessCons- Out of the box, a little too loose

This Rubik's cube came like this and I cannot get it back together it came like this when we opened the box and I'm really upset because I really wanted to play with this but I can't because it's broken 😭

My son requested one of these as he's going through a cube obsession and has 3x3 ones. This is easier to achieve and he is very happy!
