Victorian Scroll Polished Chrome Bathroom Door Handles + 64mm Bathroom Lock Set-Sold

Comes with absolutely everything. All you need is a hole in the door and frame.Handles are reversible and the lock and the chrome emergency-screw can be attached either way round. Both spindles are supplied, so you can throw everything on your old door mechanism away.The handles have strong spring-return mechanisms. The door plate has a protective plastic film to remove when finished and the frame plate is also reverse-able where the door lock hole is symmetrical i.e the same size hole for the lock as the catch depending on left or right door frame fitting.There is also a black plastic box for behind the door frame cover, which I didn't bother fitting as it would mean more chiselling more wood out of a fragile frame, so just fitted the chrome plate over the respective door frame recess.The handles and lock should operate freely and smoothly. If they appear stiff, then you probably haven't chiselled enough of the door to recess the lock plate correctly or aligned the door frame lock and catch, using a pencil, against the door frame, to mark where the lock and catch hit the frame. The metal plate openings are long enough to allow some flexibility.The handles looked like shiny polished chrome and on a white door made it look brand new.

Easy to install and all parts were packed to identify where they were used. Slightly oiling was required to remove stiffness.

These package arrived on time. The handles did not have any damage on them however they must of been repacked as they box they arrived in had been taped to hold the box together and the handles had not been packed very well. The handles have been fitted and look really good, happy with purchase just bit more care in repacking as there was potential for damage.Would recommend as the chrome for us worked well.

One of the latches jammed with in a couple of weeks. Value for money though quality of finish is average.

These are nice, sturdy chrome bathroom/toilet door fittings and thumbturn ironwork. They have a good weight to them, they're nicely finished and everything is as you'd expect. The action on the mechanism itself interacting with the lock is good, and provides a very solid responsive feel. Bought one for the bathroom to test it out, then followed up and bought the other for the cloakroom, so I guess my repeat purchase is a good endorsement by itself.

Easy to fit.

My only complaint about this product is that the bar that goes through it for the lock is too long and needed cutting down. The bar for the handle was perfect though. Beautiful when it's on though and easy, smooth mechanism.

Excellent product for the price I paid which is £11. Reversible latch though you have to be very careful and know what you're doing when you open the case. I suggest watching a quick YouTube video as the product didn't come with any instructions.I put these locks on my bedrooms as I want to be able to open the lock from outside in case of emergencies or in case a child locks themselves in. Note that the lock isn't easy to open from outside which makes it perfect.All in all an excellent product. Very good quality.
