After using for 3 months, no collar needed!
BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! please read entire review if you are having issues with your doggo at home, even as small as getting into trash or acting out in public.I used to be completely against E Collars. I was the lady who would say "train your dog." Boy was I proved wrong when i adopted my most recent doggo from the shelter. He is 5 and obviously came home with a new name that he had to learn. We live on a 60 acre farm, which means there is no fenced in back yard.BEFORE I ORDEREDI was so close to giving up, because no matter the training, the recall of "come" or lets go inside" or just the sound of his new name rang no bells. Language he had never heard. No rules or regulations in the house prior to our home, needless to say he had alot to learn. He also wanted to eat all of our live stock. After 2 weeks he was an 80 pound liability. Even on a leash! I am strong but this boy is stout. (i have trained many many animals in my life)I saw a case where Cesar Millan used an E Collar on a farm dog who was chasing their owner's horses his entire life. Once or twice after using the E Collar the dog STOPPED, completely. I thought what the hell, why not! After I ordered.i was nervous to use it but the moment came where I had too. I used the beep first, no response. secondly, I used vibration on high, no response. Still running full force away, at this point i switched it to the "zap" as well we call it. Turned it up to 15 and this dog stopped immediately!!!! jumped in the air slightly and hightailed his behind back to me as quickly as he could. I may have had to use the "zap" 3 times since purchasing, on a lower setting. Since the final zap, the vibration worked perfectly just by itself.3 months after orderingNo collar needed, he listens better than my oldies who have been with me for over a decade.I would recommend this to anyone.I suggest to use one or two words to indicate exactly what you want from your dog, before administering any implement. Now all I have to do is say his name in any situation and I have his attention immediately.

Great training tool
I’ve been using the Bousnic Dog Training Collar on my energetic 85lbs lab, and it’s made a huge difference in our daily walks and recall training. Setup was quick and easy, and the remote is super intuitive. I love that it offers three different modes—beep, vibration, and shock—so I can adjust based on what works best for my dog without overcorrecting. The vibration mode alone (level 5-6) has been enough to stop pulling or chasing distractions. I’ve only had to use the shock function a couple of times, and even then, low levels were effective. Just be cautious—start at the lowest setting because it’s more powerful than you’d expect. The battery life is amazing—I only have to charge it every couple of weeks with daily use. It also holds up well in all weather; my dog has splashed through puddles and wet grass with no problem.Overall, this collar has been a game-changer. It’s helped reinforce good behavior without being harsh, and I feel much more confident giving my dog off-leash freedom in open areas.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and humane training collar!

Great Product at a great price!
My puppy is a runner and takes every opportunity. We were out in the country with some friends who mentioned that I could let me pup run free. I said I couldn't trust him. One of the ladies had this same model/brand of correction collar and offered to let me try it. I did an escalation of command, beep, vibrate, then static. After just two escalations my pup recalled by the time I beeped him and after a few more would recall as soon as I gave him the command. I did not have to escalate further. I had to retrain once mine came in the mail but it was just as quick. Now I can let him out the door with little worry of him running off. He goes exactly where he's supposed to go and sticks by my side. Love the product!

Good value training collar
I've read the criticisms of this collar- which are generally accurate. But the price is great, and the system is durable enough and effective once you learn its functions.Yes, the fabric collar can loosen (but you can alleviate the issue by sizing it properly, and the collar should not be used except for training/ monitoring). It's a nice reflective collar. The hand controller hardware seems reliable enough but should not be abused or immersed in water. It functions very well, and the battery life of both the controller and waterproof collar receiver is good. I live on a farm with flat pastures and the effective line of sight range is well over half a mile (rated over a mile) as my dog returns using the beep function.Complaints about the collar receiver's on-off noises are overhyped. The collar receiver is already bulky enough (it includes removable shock probes) and includes a single LED indicator.Turning the collar receiver on produces a vibration. When the collar receiver is on, the LED blinks slowly. When turning off the collar with a long button press, the receiver sounds a clear, loud beep. Visual on/off indicators would have been nicer. The off beep is similar to the training beep sound (and might be heard by dog) - so I would prefer different power-off indicator but the battery life for both receiver and controller are great. I charge each about once weekly but they can go longer.I have two dogs using these collars, and they work quite well as call devices (return to home). One dog is a Great Pyrenees who roams over and protects a few acres of land. The other is a small terrier who likes to chase the sheep nearby the house. When I allow these dogs to free range I will attach the collars and carry a single controller (which can control up to two collars- pair a second device (setting"2") by pressing receiver button 3 times).I have used only the "beep" setting (vs shock) to call the dogs home to me. I did not train them to do this - they returned home after hearing the beep (beep setting "H1") the first time I used it, and I'm clueless why. So no need for vibration or shock, and I removed the shock probes. The beep must be a stimulus I don't understand but it works great with two very different dog breeds. The other great thing about the beep setting (vs vibration/ shock settings) is that you can hear it from 100+ yards away to get a fix on where your dog is.I use the collar functions sparingly, as I don't want them to get habituated to the signal. With the shock probes removed, these collars can be worn for extended periods without skin irritation. This is a useful device. Be gentle with it, and it will serve its purpose for a very reasonable price.
