I have some ups & down feelings
So some of my up & down feelings are my son didn't mind the taste AT FIRST... But come day 5 he was over it. The consistency is on the thicker side just like syrup but mixes well with juice... Well juice can mask the taste of it (which personally I don't think it has a harsh taste, just different) not artificial dyes so it's clear-ish color. Definitely could be a great thing if you can get your kid(s) to finish it completely over time.

My kids love!
My oldest child is a picky eater. So when I got the chance to try out this product I was excited. I mix this in with juice and my boys do not even notice it. The product is a little thick. This would be perfect to add into smoothies!

Tastes nasty
Can't get my granddaughter to take it. I tasted it and it was nasty in our opinion.

Kids liked in a smoothie
So mixing this with juice was a bit of a bust. The more agreeable kids were fine with it, but not all of them. So next we tried it in a fruit smoothie and they didn't notice it at all. Makes it very easy to get some extra vitamins in their system to head off an oncoming sickness.

Good Vitamins
This bottle of vitamins is a good choice for our son who is 7 and very active. He also doesn't like a lot of vegetables so we need to supplement him to be sure he is healthy. We give him chewable vitamins but we wanted something that we can add to his drinks without him knowing. As you can see in the picture of the label, there is pretty much everything a growing kid needs and it comes in liquid form so its more easily digested and utilized by the body. I was surprised at the size of the bottle. This is nearly a pint of vitamins and will last a long time.

Great for smoothies
What I love about this kids multivitamin is the kid focused nutrition without sugar. But it is a little thick and rough if you were just to have a kid try and drink it. We do not take it everyday - but we have smoothies several days a week for breakfast - i pour this into our smoothie before blending - and boom - perfect vitamin infused smoothie. They love it! A great way to start the day! Highly recommend if you are a smoothie loving family. Easy way to get the vitamins in before even leaving the house.

Tasty! Great for my son's breakfast smoothie
I've added this to my son's morning smoothies for a few days now and he says it tastes great. I sampled some myself and on it's own it tastes a bit like agave--- very sweet with a nice flavor. It has the consistency of syrup as well. It also blended well with a spoon into some orange juice and was barely noticeable. I love the vitamin profile which seems very complete: A, B, C, D, E, Zinc and omega-3's. The array of B vitamins is great for sustained energy! My son plays sports so this is great for him. Thumbs way, way up!!

Seems good, IF your kids will drink it
So, I want to start this out by saying that I don't necessarily think this is a fault of the vitamin itself...our kids are just PICKY. If you have kids that aren't so picky, or drink smoothies everyday (I'll explain in a minute), you might have success with this! It seems like a good vitamin, and I was excited about it, however our kids have decided its a no-go.The serving size is 3tsp a day, so its a decent amount. It is a white-ish color, and very thick...similar to maple syrup (not quite as thick as honey). It needs refrigerated after opening, and the bottle says it can be mixed with cold liquids, but to avoid mixing in hot beverages. It's really, really sweet! We mixed it in apple juice, and of course apple juice is clear...this made it a milky color, and the kids were not impressed. It definitely has a taste, other than sweet..as an adult, I could be like "This is good for me, I can definitely get it down", but kids don't care that its good for them. 😂 Here is where I think they could really work in a smoothie, and be virtually undetectable. The intense sweetness could act as the sweetener for the smoothie, and the taste (which isn't horrible, in my opinion - don't ask my kids) would blend in with the fruit in the smoothie. We just aren't that family...we don't drink smoothies everyday, nor do our kids get super pumped for smoothies anyway. However if you are, I honestly think this would work great!I do have to mention that it arrived without the screw on lid. It did still have the safety seal across the top of the bottle. I double checked the mailer it came in, just to be sure but it wasn't in there.
