I use it in my latte each morning. I have a chronic autoimmune condition and my medications make me really susceptible to infections. This has been a game changer!I’m a science person - so I’ve used this for 6 weeks and stopped - I could tell the difference and went back on it. I tried this at least 3 times, just to be sure (sorry, not a large, blinded, randomized trial). I hate to use the completely obscure - I feel better, but I do.I’ve tried a couple other brands, but I like the smaller amount that’s needed with this one and I feel like this one works better.Details on how I use - I put a quarter teaspoon in my latte and whisk it well. There is a bit of sediment/graininess at the end of my cup. If you have texture issues - you may just want to make this into a shot (I would still mix it with something warm - coffee, tea, something) and down it all at once rather than having in a whole cup of your coffee/drink of choice. There isn’t much of a taste. No - it’s not like mushroom soup coffee.

I love the benefits of this brand. Taste earthy but expected. I feel better I think better rest better. I can’t say enough about this. Totally love it

This product does not compare to coffee. It’s grit doesn’t resolve and settles to the bottom.

I used this priduct in hopes of health benifits. I am not seeing negative side affects.This stuff stirs into hot drinks fine. It, howerver, does not stay stired. It is like hot chocolate packets, except the build up at the end is gross. I suggest coffee over tea bevause the coffee flavor is strong enough to mask the mushroom (which isn't that bad, but it is not good), and stir before every sip. Good atuff!

I like it, but it barely dissolves. Not sure how the stuff in the bottom of my coffee cup will bring me health benefits.

Smaller than expected, no taste but can't tell that i have taken anything. The product does nothing. Absolutely waste of money!!!

I bought this for the health benefits of mushrooms. Somehow they got 11 in here and appreciate it being organic. The most amazing thing is the amazing mushroom smell when you open the jar. Its mouthwatering so great to know I'm taking something that helps my health but also has great flavor which easily dissolves in drinks.
