Slot 2 malfunctioned 1 year and 12months after purchase!
Great sound, continually SD card problems. Then..... Slot 2 started not to recognise any SD cards. When it did it only see 2/3rds of the data on it. Total Rubbish.

Very impressed with this, tried Astell and kern jr this blows it out the water. Little tip if you need more volume put it on line out variable and you have lots more power that you can adjust.

Great value and sounding solid DAP with excellent storage, easy to use for everyday use.
Listening to my massive downloaded music collection in various formats depending on age of music, from low bit rate MP3s, to full FLAC. I did my research with a price bracket of £150-£250, and pound for pound this fit the bill as has so many useful features, not wasted battery life on screen picture quality. Pioneer/Onkyo have kept it simple and with superior functionality in this low to mid range for a Hi-res DAP. has useful sound balance options and choice of headphone/line-out with equalizer, 2 SD slots up to 400gb, with Bluetooth too ! Overall exceptional value for money and quality - Peter Tyson deal at £189 came with free case!.

It's a Pioneer so it's a good in.
Excellent sound quality nothing to report.Apart from battery charge which is poor 4/5 hours on over ears headphones
