Ive bought several of them for different golf cartsEasy install and work well enough might not be super accurate but give you an idea when to charge at least.

Did not work after multiple attempts
Trust me tried 3 different models including the unit for trojan battery only. No luckTried every wire configuration for the 36 volt gold cart. No luckClosest i got after pulling all wires installing new heavier guage with eye hooks for best connectionHas Guage reading from full to empty then comes back to full. I said that works for me. Drive cart around for a little. Bar dropped one. I said perfect now i am happy. Stopped for a bit. Turned cart back on it did its scan and went right back to full.Talked to seller multiple times who has been very helpful in trying to figure out the problem.Refunded my moneyI kean overall fairly simple hook upWhen i hooked unit direct the battery. I would get it to scan from empty to full and then stop on full. As soon as I would hook it through the key ignition I would have issues when I would try to go back to hooking up directly. It would scan from full to empty.I just don't think these things are meant to work.I challenge anyone on here. Who gets it working to post the video of the hookup? That's all you got to do and you will help literally thousands of people. Take your video. Show your hookup that is the same as dear instructions and that it actually works. And as you drive the gauge level drops when you charge it to gauge level goes back up. That's all I want to see
