Yes you do. You need the activating emulsion that you mix the colour touch with. Can ve bought on Amazon too

Q: Does this preparation use peroxide? I'm reluctant to use more beach on my already lightened hair. I just want to tone down the 'lemon' shade it became

You need to use 3% peroxide. So if you use half a tube you need to use double the amount of peroxide. Wash hair with shampoo first then towel dry. Put the mixture on your hair root to tip massage in well. Leave on for about 50mins rinse off and then condition. My hair becomes a very grey colour.

Q: My hair is foiled so if I use it all over will it lighten my natural colour?

If you use it with a 1.9 percent colour touch peroxide then no it’ll only tone the hair not lighten it use it as 1 part colour to 2 parts peroxide on damp hair

Got this result on my recently bleached yellow brassy highlights. It’s nice but it is quite a light faint result and I had to leave on for a good 45 mins but it did take brassiness away and didn’t change my natural color
