Tamiya WWII British 25 Pounder Field Gun with Quad Gun Tractor Military 1:35 Plastic Model Assembly Kit

A good kit. You get a lot for your money here. The quad tractor would be a good project by itself, as would the gun and limber. They are interned to be built 'limbered up'. The mould has suffered a little over time with some mould lines, but still goes together well.Note: The kit does not come with the full gun crew and limber internals that the Tamiya 25lb gun kit comes with. You only get the quad tractor driver with this.I would recommend for a modeller with some experience. Five stars.

A lovely model, lots of small fiddly parts though and might not suit a beginner or someone with dexterity issues. Having said that I have tremors and managed it.

As has been mentioned in other reviews it is an old kit but despite that is well manufactured. Not much flash on the parts,very detailed and goes together really well. Instructions can be a bit vague occasionally as with all kits but together with diagrams and a little forethought it works out. Take care when cutting parts from the sprue with insert pins on the end as you can accidentally cut them off. Another oldie but goody from tamiya.

Tamiya make good stuff and the instructions are clear; sometimes wish they would use colour photos to help when painting but go online and check.

Purchased for a friend who is building a diorama. Had a look when it arrived and it seems to be a very nice kit.

Very Impressed with tamiya's British 25 pounder model. Very good price as you are getting two models in one. Excellent detail and easy to assemble if you are familiar with tamiya models. Clear and easy instructions just remember you will need to buy paints and glue. I would recommend it to anyone who is in ww2 models.

My favourite army truck, built the tractor unit many years ago and regretted not getting the gun and limber package, so with time on my hands i finally purchased the set, not made a model kit for many a year since my 37 year old son was a little lad. Looking forward to starting this, would have been nice to have the gun crew figure included.
