Does it support ipencil cases?

It has its own storage place for an iPencil

can it hold a Apple Pencil with a Decal or cover on it?

If it's a basic decal it'll most likely hold. The outter edge is rubbery and will stretch a little to make room. But anything thicker than a decal might have trouble.

Is this compatible for a 6th gen regular iPad ?
