I put this in my pond last year , i have a fush with dropsey and a fish with with fungus , do i put more in every year my pond is 1200 litres

We always put a dose in about this time of year to give the pond a boost then, if the fish appear to need it, additional doses. It is very good to boost their general health but does not cure diseases. However, there are additional products specifically for fungus and dropsy that are better to treat these diseases. Definitely check the instructions regarding what can be mixed but, if you can, ask the expert at your local centre.

Will this cure fin rot by doing a salt bath

Will this harm the birds who bathe in the waterfall of my pond

Hi, It is non harmful to birds in a waterfall. I personally didn't like it as I found it just caused white foam on my pond. But it might not happen to you.

Will this help reduce water hardness?

I don't think so better to use blagdon pond safe as that makes tap water safe for your fish. Hope this helps good luck.
